Here some useful tips when you are plan to prepare meals which include high calcium products, in case you just read my post for the first times, you can refer to my previous posts on Calcium for more information. :)

I listed some tips on prepare meals with include high calcium products:

1) Include calcium-rich greens (kale, collards, mustard greens, turnip greens,
bokchoy, Swiss chard, etc.) and beans in your routine. Add greens and/or beans to stir-fries, sauces, salads, and casseroles.

2) Have calcium-rich snacks, such as figs, raisins, almonds, and dates.

3) Replace cow's milk with rice milk, almond milk, or oat milk in meals and recipes.

4) Sprinkle nutritional yeast on pasta and other main dishes for a healthy cheesy
alternative to regular cheese.

5) Try fresh fruit sorbets and non-dairy frozen desserts instead of ice cream or
frozen yogurt.

6) Enjoy oatmeal and other calcium-rich breakfast cereals with fresh fruit and rice
milk for breakfast.


Here some recommended recipes for calcium diets.

1) Creamy Spinach Dip
2) Braised Collards or Kale
3) Penne with Fresh Spinach, Tomatoes, and Olives, topped with nutritional yeast
4) Store-bought lemon or raspberry sorbet for dessert
